Outdoor living, at an easy pace
The private heated swimming pool and two terraces give families and groups space to enjoy the day in their own way – swimming, relaxing in the sun, sharing meals or finding a quieter place to sit. Wide doors from the open-plan living area lead straight onto the pool terrace, so the house and outdoor spaces feel naturally connected.

Room to swim, play and unwind
Open throughout the year and heated when needed during the cooler months, the overflow pool ranges from about 50 cm to 140 cm deep. There is space for a quiet morning swim, children playing with inflatables or simply cooling off during the day.
Pool towels, inflatables and balls are always available. Guests with young children may ask before arrival for the pool cover to be made available as an added safety feature. Close adult supervision remains essential.
A terrace made for slowing down
The south-facing pool terrace is made for long, unhurried hours outdoors. Sun loungers, reclining chairs, parasols and side tables are arranged around the water, while tall trees surrounding the terrace provide privacy. Wide doors from the living area make it easy to move between the house and the pool without breaking the rhythm of the day.

Meals beside the pool
An eight-seat dining table keeps outdoor meals close to the water and the charcoal barbecue. A preparation counter with a sink makes cooking and serving easier, while charcoal, firelighters and the essential barbecue utensils are supplied.
A quieter breakfast terrace
At the back of the house, the breakfast terrace offers a quieter setting for morning coffee, shared meals or a game of table tennis. Its ten-seat table sits beside citrus trees, herbs and other planting, with plenty of space for guests to enjoy a slower start to the day.

Time together, with room to breathe
Some days will centre on the pool; others may unfold around a long breakfast, a barbecue or a table-tennis match. However guests choose to spend their time, the outdoor spaces give larger families and groups room to be together, with enough space for everyone to relax in their own way.
